I have a Samsung Series 9 with intel i7 and Windows 8. The laptop came out a few months ago and seems to run Oblivion pretty well. Can this run Skyrim on medium?

My computer can't run this. Money is tight and i would really like to get it on my computer for modding. - Any recommendations on where i would get a computer that could run Skyrim well as cheep as can be. Thanks.
